Pizza delivery guy gets robbed by two guys. When it’s over, he floors it to get away from them. In his haste to get away, he runs a stop sign on a college campus.
Campus PD pulls him over and he tells them he’s just been robbed. What does Campus PD do?
They take 15 minutes to write him a $228 ticket for running the stop sign, and then tell him to call the city cops to report the robbery.
Priorities.
Hopefully he can get that bullshit dropped! That’s awful!

Way back when, I co-authored and sponsored a bill in the University’s Student Congress to authorize the purchase of 2 dozen Nintendo GameBoys out of Student Service fees. The thought was to give them to the Campus Police so they’d have something to do instead of harassing the students and citizenry up and down the main drag of the college town.
They finally got reined in by the University when an incident requiring the police occurred on campus, and every single CamPo was 2-3 miles away from campus ticketing local drivers.
With the town’s own PD station only 3 blocks away, UPD were about as useful as teats on a boar hog…
