Probably one of the spotted orbweavers. I have a few hanging around my porch and driveway. They are not dangerous, but make large webs.

Yep. It’s one of the orbweavers and completely harmless. If it’s not in your way, leave it alone. It will eat lots of bugs.

Perhaps the only advantage the current house has over the old one – we have frogs, not spiders.
Those guys probably just hatched recently.
