You&#8217;ll then need to put the hazard switch in the ON position and the turn signal in the right turn position to remove the bracket entirely.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gunscarstech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/wpid-IMG_20111009_093330.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 7: Figure out why the dog is attacking the window blinds.<\/p>\n<p>Step 8: Push up on the bottom of the switch to pop it out of place.<\/p>\n<p>Step 9: Unplug the two connectors while cursing Chrysler engineers for not including any slack in the wires.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-right: auto;margin-left: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/gunscarstech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/wpid-IMG_20111009_093759.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 10: Connect the new switch and put it in place.<\/p>\n<p>Step 11: Admonish the dog for licking your head while you are trying to figure out how to put the steering column housing back on.<\/p>\n<p>Step 12: Decide the steel panel (pictured above) needs to come off in order to put the housing back on.<\/p>\n<p>Step 13: Hand the dog off to the wife so you can continue unmolested.<\/p>\n<p>Step 14: Put the steel panel back on.<\/p>\n<p>Step 15: Put the lower dash back on.<\/p>\n<p>DONE!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B000C7USNU\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B000C7USNU&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;tag=gucaante-20\">You can get this switch at Amazon.<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=gucaante-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B000C7USNU\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important; margin:0px !important;\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was my process.
