Apparently life is cheap…

By | April 20, 2014

…or at least, it’s cheap to hire someone to end it.  A woman and her mother hired a couple guys to kill her father for $400.  That’s a hell of a lot cheaper than what Hollywood hitmen typically get.  The movies usually have the price set somewhere between the tens of thousands to the millions.… Read More »

5.11 Kilts are Back

By | April 15, 2014

Apparently 5.11 has decided to bring back their tactical kilts and make a new video for April fools this year.  As of today, they’re taking orders for them.  Same as last year, they’re asking $70 for them with $10 going going to charity.  The charities this year being FBINAA and We Salute You Veterans.  My… Read More »

Deal Alert!

By | March 27, 2014

If you’ve ever been interested in picking up a camping hammock, Sport.Woot is selling some for cheap today.  I bought some of the ones with the built in mosquito netting for my nephews who are in the Boy Scouts (and one for me for… uh… “testing”).  The one with the netting works for me at… Read More »

That bill to repeal the ban on buying/owning/selling switchblades and carrying blades larger than 4″ here in TN?  It’s passed the State House! So… now it’s off to the Governor’s desk to sign, and it passed with more than enough votes in both houses of the state legislature that they could override a veto if… Read More »

My wife is wanting me to take her to Pull-A-Part. UPDATE: I’m being told that there is a correction to be made.  This post should read “My wife wants me to go *with* her to Pull-A-Part.”
