It’s either an HK91 or a PTR91, but the markings aren’t right for either so I have no idea. I’m prettty sure it’s an HK though based on what I remember of the conversations I had with the owner.

The charging handle looks odd. Is it factory or aftermarket?
That’s the normal charging handle, it’s just in the deployed (flipped up) position, and in the locked open notch. Looks like a HK91/G3 to me, with the “target” stock and (probably) grip.
I’m pretty certain that’s the Delta Cheekpiece from Cherokee Accessories. The rifle also appears to be fitted with the JFS Tac-Latch magazine release.
The cocking handle looks like the extended model used on the HK21-series LMG, available both as a factory and aftermarket part. It is a common modification for the HK rifles.
It might be one of the Springfield Armory SAR-8 rifles.
Scratch that, it would be a SAR-3.
